Handmade Products & Variation
All our products are handmade and we strive to supply high-quality concrete pieces. During manufacturing concrete can vary in colour, have some pinholes, bubbles, hairline cracks and other character markings. Areas around voids & cut outs are a weak point and are susceptible to cracks. These are not manufacturing defects but rather a reflection of patina and “personality of concrete”. We cannot accept returns on the basis of variations during the hydration process.
Lead Times
Cast In Concrete Design has a standard lead time on any custom piece of is four to six weeks, however this timeframe can vary. We may be able to deliver items ahead of this time if they are in stock. We recommend you give a call prior to placing your order if you require an item outside these standard lead times.
All lead times are estimated, and we do not accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from any delay.
Payment Terms
A deposit of up to fifty percent (50%) will be required on confirmation of the order with the balance due on dispatch of goods. Depending on the circumstances, the deposit may be non-refundable if your order is cancelled after production has commenced.
